Puppy Share - what does it really mean?

I just want a clear explanation, kung unsa jud buot ipasabot anang PUPPY SHARE

Reason is:
My Aunt naa siya bitch, then iya gipa-stud, there wasn't really any clear agreement on how they do the Puppy Share thing, pero one thing for sure Puppy share jud siya kay the dog owner didn't ask for a fee.
So mao to karon preggy na ang bitch sa ako Auntie, we paid for the shooter, by the way.

Ako understand anah is bisan pila kabook puppy mogawas, the dog owner will get only One of his/her choice. Sakto ba?

It seems man gud the dog owner wants more than one more like a 50 50 share. Doesn't sound fair enough for my Aunt, since siya mag alaga sa pregnant bitch ug sa litter niya puhon plus with all the expenses.

At TS, kansi jud imung aunt..kasagaran 1 rman nang kwaon na itoy basta puppy share, depende rasad sa sabot...ge maro2 rmo anang taohana..hehe

pero if gusto siya ug 50 50 nga share, dapat 50 50 share pud sa expenses no? ok nalang nang kahago pag alaga for the love of dogs nalang nah

usa ra jud na ang share sa tag.iya sa shire bisag kinsa nga breeder kung dili mu react imu aunt ma tikasan gyd na siya

mao lagi ako ingon pud niya, nga if we think thoroughly usa ra jud dapat sa tag-iya sa sire puhon - i saw man gani sa Classified portion diri for pets, nga ang fee sa stud is 3 to 5k - mahal if naa papers, and that's worth one puppy only

gusto lang pud ko naa koy concrete base if ever mo insist siya, ipabasa jud ko ning thread ba.. hehe hopefully daghan mo react na breeders

@TS: isa ra gyud na ang share sa tag.iya sa shire.. then lahi sad na ang fee sa shooter (which is sakto sa imo case).. pero i haven't heard nga more that 2 ang gi ask ug mag puppy share, not unless nag sabot mo..

depende rana kon pila ilang sabot sa owners sa sire & dam before ang stud, ang nakasayop sad tingali sa imong aunt ky wala nya sabota daan kon pila kabook ang puppy share sa owner sa sire, sa uban ang stud fee ug puppy share mag-agad rsad na sa bloodline sa sire...mas maayo jud saboton daan para wala lalis.

put everything down on paper... i agree dapat giklaro ninyo daan ang terms sa puppy share before mo nagpastud... kung niingon ang stud owner nga 50/50 ang share then wala ta to ninyo gipa stud inyo dog sa iyaha og nangita mog stud owner nga moagree sa 1 pup ra iyang puppy share...

mao pud lagi nakasayop, wala jud maklaro ug sabot ba - first time pa lagi, then puppy share ra may naingon jud
wa pud mag-ingon ang tag-iya sa dog before mag stud kung pila kabook iya gusto, karon nalang na buntis na ang bitch - then kami pud makathink na dili fair sa amo na part
so we're inclined nalang to follow which is right or which is commonly done

pero di ba if magsabot ug pila kuhaon jud sa sire if more than one i suppose naa puy sabot about expenses? well both dogs walay papers but nindot ug quality both

niya naa naman jud ni next time nalang na dapat naa klarong sabot, so ani nalang, if mo-insist ang owner sa sire to have a 50 50 share, would it also be fair for us to insist na 50 50 pud sa expense? What you guys think?
