MEMBERSHIP CONSULTANTS

Responsibilities:
- The responsibility of the Membership Consultant is to achieve his/her personal agreed monthly sales targets in line with company objectives.
- Acquire and maintain a strong understanding of the basic selling skills needed to perform the sales function successfully.
- A minimum performance criterion for membership consultants is to achieve the ratios as outlined in the Sales Procedures as a Minimum Expectation.
- Perform Administrative Functions On A Daily, Weekly, Monthly Basis.
- Use marketing material provided to maximize the effective achievement of your sales goals.
- Effectively liaise with all other departments and Club Member.

Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in related field.
- Experience in Sales and Marketing from a service-oriented industry is an advantage.
- Can obtain, build and maintain client leads & convert these leads into sales.
- Must be pro-active in generating new members for the club.
- Highly motivated with an outgoing personality.
- Must possess excellent oral and written skills.
