Err 5 - the built-in flash could not be raised

Hi Guys,

Need help on how to fix this error. If ever nka experience mo.
It happen last week during Scott Kelby Photowalk.
Gin try nko ang builtin flash then nag error: Err 5 - the built-in flash could not be raised

I tried to clean my camera, replace battery, wa nko gin on for 3-4days but same problem.
I followed this video sa youtube (thanks to kpat)

But still no luck and dli ko kasabot kay thai language.. hehe

Im using Canon 60D.

naa na stuck ana sa iya po pup flash. i dont reccomend focrcing it open kay basin musamot...pero i did force open my pop up flash and naa abog sa oya spring. I just cleaned it with a blower and it as fixed...then again ayaw buhata ako gibuhat. hehehehe

sa video, naay small spring lever sa hotshoe na wa kasaka kaau mao nka deactivate pa ang pop-up flash... try to lift it up again..

thanks sa mga replies. ok ra ang cam, kani lng gyud ang flash nya. pila kha bayad sa canon?
