KADASIG FESTIVAL 2012 PHOTO CONTEST
MECHANICS:
1. The photography contest is open to all amateur and professional photographers.
2. The Photo contest will feature Kadasig Festival's Grand Parade route from IT Park to Apas Barangay Hall.
3. A maximum of 3 entries per participant are allowed.
4. Entries submitted must be an 8x10 print without watermarks and other identifying marks of the owner and must be submitted with the corresponding JPEG files inside a CD or DVD. The name of the photographer and caption must be written at the back of the printed photo.
5. Entries shall be the photographer's original work and must be taken during the actual Kadasig Festival 2012 event day.
6. Entries must be submitted to Barangay Apas Barangay Hall on or before November 15, 2012.
7. Upon submission of entry/ies, the photographer must bring the Kadasig Festival Passes given to the photographer and must be surrendered to the Apas Barangay Hall.
8. Awarding of Winners will be announced on November 16, 2012 via e-mail, SMS message
Prizes:
First Prize P3,000
- Festival Queen a photo to be taken while subject is dancing during the Kadasig Festival Grand Parade route.
2nd Prize P2,000
- Contingent a picture must be group dancing the Kadasig Festival Grand Parade and not of a solo dancer.
3rd Prize P1,000
- Sidelights, the photos are taken in the streets in the parade depicting the Kadasig Festival festivities.
Terms & Conditions on Winning Entries:
Photographers of the submitted entries agree to grant Barangay Apas the right to use the photographs in print or any other medium without restrictions or prior approval, and without compensation, provided its usage is restricted to information and promotion of Barangay Apas only.
How to join Kadasig Photo Contest 2012
1. Registration is P100 only
2. Get your Kadasig Festival '12 ID Passes
3. NO ID PASSES, NO joining of the photo contest.
