my sis own a internet cafe. she want to give up that business kay stress daw kau...and shes not happy anymore..so she want to sale the business for 350k....this will include...2aircon, table, 2 ceiling fan,( ang place jud tanan na) and 12 computers with spec of: amd processors, 512ram, 80g hard disk, 128mb video card GE Force 5200..then ang Net Income every month is 20k...(not bad)
unya dapit ni sa school...daghan mga estudyante manolod.....
guys, what do u think? dili ba ta mag hinayang...the business is operating for one year and 5 months...

Is that 20k per month net income is supported with papers or just a mere estimate of the figure? See, you need to consider the history of operation and look into the angle why she sold the business. Thru that you can decide if buying is feasible or not.. yeah right 350K is expensive....

2. location?
3. normal operating hours?
4. specs sa aircon?
5. specs sa proc dili kay brand lang....
6. unsay "mag hinayang"?
7. plano nimo paliton?
