i think my mem stick is corrupted... help?

i have sony k750i unit, i tried to download some mp3s, and now i cant (can never) delete some of them...

i tried deleting some files using my phone --- delete option is greyed out...

i also deleting some files using my pc --- i get error msg "card is protected or something like that (i cant remember the exact error msg...

i need help...
