previous weight 90kg..diet ug jogging lang in 3 months, ni lose kog 20kg..maintain gihapon kog 70kg karon in 2 yrs..akoang avg. kay 10km 4x/wk
nice bro... ako tagsa nlng jog.. sauna 3-4 times a week 8-10k /jog... karon mglisod ko hehe. knahanglan ibalik hehe
ako kay mostly 3 times a week ra kay usahay overtime man ta sa office gud. kung mo jog man gani ko, around 5-7k akong target. usahay mo abot og 10-12k depende ra pod.
apil unya kog mga marathon diha sa cebu next year naa paman gud ko california..

5k pa ako maximum ma abot, good for 30minutes non stop.
Maintain pako ani, mas mo target ko ug sprinting kaysa long distances covered.
dili kaayo ko tig jog ron gawas kun naay run ang IRC, badminton lang ko for reflexes.
sa usa ka semana, usually almost 20km to 35km... kani kun naay upcoming run.
so far kaabot kog 10k in just 40-50 mins depende sa condisyon like if sakto sa tulog og pahuway.

8-10k 2-3 times a week depende kung dili busy sa work
