patch cord bro, ppero pwedi raman ta magbuhat ug 1meter ka taas bro kong dool ra ang switch sa imong router, if layo ok ra pud taas, nya di na need ug crossover bro, kay ang mga bagonga nic ug mga switch ron kay di na need ana, basta sakto lang imong pagka crimp.

Switch to Switch is = Crossover
Router to Switch is = Straight
Switch to PC is = Straight
PC to PC is = Crossover

BUT gamit rana sa unang panahon because todays equipment is more intelligent to handle auto MDIX, meaning, mu auto detect ra sya into cross if parehas ang emung device.

SWITCH is NOT THE SAME AS ROUTER. Please remember it.

If you mean, Router with 4 port switch. Meaning kanang WAN Port mao nay router port, then kanang LAN Ports nemu mao nay switch port. So, kanang LAN Ports nemu mu act as a switch mao nang naka engun ka na parehas. But kung ari naka sa high level routers and switches lahi nana istorya, kay tawgon nana nato ug layer 2, layer 3 switches, then router.
