nice site bro. however i have a question regarding payment. the customer will pay after he receives the item. is this correct?

Once the buyer receives the item, the vendor will receive the payment. Vendors will receive the payment through Unionbank or GCash if the customer would pay using Unionbank or GCash. If the customer would pay using Paypal, the vendor will also receive the payment through Paypal.

Dili bro. Customer will pay upon checkout if he is using paypal; or right after he submits the order if western union, bank dep or gcash.
