We are currently seeking an Integration Specialist / Engineer to install, configure and integrate 3rd party and in-house software into Platform layer of an OSS product. You will work with Agile (SCRUM, TDD, pair-programming) and incremental software development processes and automated (Robot) testing methods.
Your work can be tailored to be in line with your interests and skills, because we have several options with Red Hat OS, Oracle database and Websphere Application Server related installation, configuration and automated testing challenges. The installation and configuration tasks are mainly scripting by bash and Perl languages.

To be the ideal candidate for this task, you have some experience about profile topics you’re applying and that you’re having scripting capabilities on top of Linux. We are not expecting, that you’d have all listed competences in place, but it’s important that you’d understand basics, you’re real team player, can express yourself and willingness to learn new techniques and processes!

- With OS profile

• Linux / RetHat Sys Admin skills, Cluster Suite understanding and certifications are plus
• Scripting skills with Perl, Shell
• Programing skills with Java, C/C++ is a plus
• Version handling knowledge
• Installation knowledge with WAS Oracle, Linux
• Virtualization
• Application Server understanding
• Disaster Recovery and High Availability
• Security understanding
• Agile SW development practices

- With Database profile:

• Scripting skills with Perl, Shell
• Development with PL/SQL or SQLPLUS
• Oracle DBA skills (like DB configuring, DB installation, DB creation) are plus
• LDAP repository knowledge
• SOA Suite knowledge, installation, configuring
• Agile SW development practices

- With Networking profile:

• Scripting skills with Perl, Shell
• CISCO, Juniper knowledge
• DNS, firewall, DCN, switching, routing, TCP/IP
• Protocols (Corba, OSI)
• HW Storage knowledge, partitioning, volume group set-up, etc.
• Agile SW development practices
