Compliance SpecialistThe Compliance Specialist will handle inbound and outbound call activities related to service fulfilment and/or continuation of care.
Intake SpecialistThe Intake Specialist will handle incoming faxes and emails, and all incoming new and continuation orders.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in either Nursing or Physical Therapy, and active Philippine license is a plus.
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
- Basic Computer knowledge
- Call Center experience is a plus
- Positions require a night shift schedule.
