    Default About Meditation


    Uy! kinsay nakasuway diri ug meditation?

    Gisuwayan nako.. naa dramatic effect sa ako mind. Mora na re program, reformat, reimaged akong mind..
    My anxiety of something is decreasing dramatically...

    Any comments or explainations will be greatly appreciated... =)

    mao ni ako buhaton kaysa mag cge tan aw ug porn or kanang mga pa *t*g .. hahahaha.. ok ra man unta pero ma adik maka adik man gud,, it's not good to health. mo resulta nuon nga mag cge na ka tan aw nya ma arouse ka nya ma horny.. hahaha.. its has bad effects.. 5-15mins of pleasure, whole day of shame..

    so mao na mag meditate nalang ko.. na notice nako kung after meditation,, relax kaayo ako mind nya walay pressure.. like i said, my fears and anxieties are decreasing dramatically..

    when meditating, think about now, this moments, NOT the past or the future. inhale, exhale. think about the good things or everything you're happy about..

    LET GO of everything you are NOT happy about (failures, rejections, struggles and defeats)

    i tried this one, pero kadlawn kay para mingaw, walay disturbo, with proper breathing.
