I know you would not like this, but believe me, I love the taste. It's raw vegetarian diet. You may try green smoothies with this type. Free trial ingredient would go as follow: Try Camote tops and Kangkong leaves. Leaves only. Add pipino, and ginger. Add a slice of banana. Add coconut water. All these should be in a blender. Blend until it has a consistency of a shake. Enjoy after blending.
filipinos are so fund of eating rice which is one factor that causes weight problems coz of the carb content in rice. so if you still want to enjoy rice but wanna cut on the carbd, try tricking your brain by mixing sweet potato with 1/2 cup rice. or try 1 boiled banana with 1/2 cup rice. mash them to mix with the rice. DELICIOUS!!!
