Hi MODs, I hope this if fine. I am hoping to promote awareness within our society by reporting news worthy events within or outside Cebu. News worthy includes good and not so bad news.

Everyone, let's consider these guidelines that I took from GMA's website: (GMA News Online | The Go-To Site for Filipinos Everywhere) Above all, please abide istorya.net's image upload guidelines and all other rules that may directly or indirectly affect this thread.

What is considered scoop-worthy or newsworthy?

Almost anything, as long as it's interesting! Especially if it affects a large number of people. What do you think the public should know about? What do you consider compelling, fascinating, relevant, or novel?
As more people gain access to cameras, laptops, and the Internet, citizen journalism is changing the way news is defined. YouScoop is about giving you a chance to help determine what makes the headlines.


We do, however, discourage you to submit scoops that contain:

• Content you know to be untrue.
• Content that infringes on copyright laws, or content that you did not produce yourself.
• Content that can be considered pornographic or offensive in nature.
• Content that poses any kind of threat to personal or public safety

Interesting. But would suggest to change the name -- from "I-patrol mo" to something unique to avoid exclusivity (as the name came from TV Patrol's BMPM). We will never know, media might get the news here.

it's possible we all know media is capable of doing this or just like the case of Sotto were in he recycled some blogs.
