Responsibilities
The Video Production Specialist's main responsibility is the production of video guides and video reviews of mobile technology products. To carry out this responsibility, the Video Production Specialist needs to
- assist the Studio Director in planning video projects;
- coordinate with scriptwriters and video hosts and set shoot schedules;
- set up the needed equipment and environment for the video project (e.g., camera, lights, audio);
- direct and shoot video footage;
- edit raw audio and video;
- perform post-production tasks (e.g., scene selection, special effects, scoring, media conversion); and
- carry out other job-related duties that may be assigned by the Studio Director.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate, or a Bachelors Degree in
- Computer Science/Information Technology,
- Advertising/Media,
- Art/Design/Creative Multimedia,
- Mass Communications,
- or equivalent.
- Required skills:
- video production
- audio and video editing
- basic scriptwriting
- camera and studio lighting
- Required language: English and Sinugbuanon (must be proficient in both)
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Amateur but talented videographers are welcome.
- Applicants with experience in producing video guides and video reviews are preferred.
- Only applicants living in Cebu City or in its neighboring towns/cities in Cebu Province will be considered.
- Preferably at least 1-4 years experience in multimedia production or equivalent.
- One (1) full-time position available.
