Business Consultant/Financial Director
Location: Doha - Qatar.
Contract: Full Time.

A Business Consultant/Financial Director should be able to lead his team and be in charge of the following projects:

1. Corporate Finance projects including :

a) Mergers , Acquisitions and Strategic alliances
b) Fund raising and Debt structuring
c) Initial Public Offering (IPO)

2. Business Valuations including:

a) Business entities Valuation
b) Tangible assets valuations
c) Intangible assets valuation including intellectual properties3. Other projects like:a) Feasibility studies
b) Business case feasibility
c) Policies and procedures manuals
d) Strategic management

-- Our ideal candidate should have the following:
* 10 years or more experience in the field of financial advisory and especially in the field of corporate finance
(Experience in investment banks is more preferable).
* Excellent English communication skills (both written and oral)
*Knows how to speak and write Arabic is an advantage
* Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and other related software other programs.
* Should be a team player, nevertheless should have the required management skills to lead a team
