    Default Goodbye DH OFW

Aspiring DHs, this is not a good move? Or better yet this is just a precaution of some abusive nations to their servants?

The Philippine government plans to stop the migration of domestic workers overseas in a bid to protect its people from abuses, UAE daily The National reported on Monday.

The move, which aims to provide alternative employment in the Philippines and other approved countries, is likely to affect about 180 nations.

They will simply rename those positions as Domestic Facilities Officer.

i am not approved with the new move of the government on not anymore sending household help to other countries. unsaon nalang ang uban that relied much on their household skills. 2 questions:

    1. will the government provide alternative source of living for this aspirants?
    2. will the government be able to cushion the impact?

our government is fond of kung naay problema, undangon or ban. since naa naman jud uban nakauna na, why not enforce our embassies in those countries, protect our people and be visible to them, make them feel they are not alone and they have somebody they could rely on in times of troubles with their employer, which is the embassy jud na. pagpatuman raman kulang ana bah..

Pnoy needs to bid in large Foreign companies that financed such transitions in manufacturing. This is the technique.

    It's a ripple effect.
The more manufacturing companies invest and create offshore establishments
The more middleclass employment, then increasing the size of our middle classes
Then public expenditure increases. Agriculture, exports, and SME's also increase
Then the income size of our Lowerclass increases.
If income of our lowerclass increases, then millions of people are pulled out of poverty.

If more people are plucked out of the poverty belt, then DH aspirants are lessened, there's no need to migrate or be employed overseas.
Then we will see a new Philippines by 2016!
