Just received my new wireless mouse

package includes:
-docking station for recharging
-bluetooth 2.0 usb
-power adapter
-mouse


why i bought one.

i already have a wireless mouse also made by microsoft and they have been performing without fail.

my oldest wireless mouse is over 5 years already and it still works.

The most important reason for me in choosing the microsoft laser 8000 is not because it uses a more precise laser compared to the red LED optical mouse, its because it uses 1 AA battery. Logitech wireless mouse uses lithium batteries which you can buy only at logitech and would cost more. AA rechargable batteries are easy to find and are a lot cheaper.
That is why I prefer microsoft. If logitech offered a wireless mouse which uses AA batteries I would buy from them. But for now only microsoft offers it.


As a laser mouse. the response time is really fast and its quite precise. you can adjust the response time also.
Installation was easy.

In fact a I have 2 bluetooth mouse running at the same time. I was able to compare an optical vs. a laser mouse. Laser simply works better.

you really don't need the dock

because if you have a charger for AA batteries you can use it.

the inconvenience is you have to change batteries unlike using the dock you don't need to change batteries

overall Laser mouse is better than optical

although laser mouse is more expensive.

this microsoft mice is really tough, i even tried 8 units of it, optical type, and it lasted for 2++ years used in gaming business with destructive clients. lisud lang dyud pangitaon ni nga brand diri sa cebu mao kasagaran mag mantinir nalang og cd-r kingz^^

i just know now that laser mouse is different from optical mouse. i though the two is just the same due both produces beam. thanks for the info.

laser mouse performs well

i don't play games which is usually the selling point of laser mouse

but i just want a more precise mouse.

so I got this wireless laser mouse

logitech has also a laser mouse

yup nice ang laser mouse jud...i'm using a laser mouse too, but came w/ the keyboard+mouse combo from Logitech...both wireless, not bluetooth tho.

helo bai nilo. nah, sa tinood lang bro, karon pa lang sad ko nakabalo ani nga lahi diay ni ang duha, optical and laser. i thought both are just the same for both produces beam.

according to zirv and emoners, speed and accuracy daw. pero i find man optical kosog og accurate na kaayo. basin cguro mas dugay pa dyud mo kirig ang laser.

whats wrong with a laser mouse that has a built-in rechargeable battery inside that requires no changing of batteries for example MX1000 or the MX Revolution

if its built-in batteries it will eventually fail

the mouse becomes useless. so you will have to buy a new wireless mouse.

With the microsoft mouse using AA battery I can just buy new rechargable AA batteries.

i have a wireless microsoft mouse for 5 years already

it uses 2 X AA battery. It still works I only bought a new set of rechargable AA battery.
