Different Roles For Men And Women In A Relationship?

There seems to be this idea going around that men and women have the exact same role in a relationship.. that the *** organs are just coincidence and that both are 'equal'.

Who here actually believes this?
For those who don't, what in your opinion are the different roles?

50-50 partnership. same investments, equal profit sharing. actual operational roles will depend on the agreement, say male is the VP for finance while female is VP for operations. just make sure you understand the terms of reference.
