I have the same experience. I have SII SHV-E110S... I tried SMS Pro and Hancent but its not working... I did some tweaking sa ako sim by changing the SIM Name and the Sim Number. It was working intermittently. I even enabled locale and customized Message Center Number nga ako gi-copy rapud basta iinsert ako sim sa laing phone.

Naa koy nabasahan diri nga dapat +63922/+63923 ang pag modify sa imong number and save it to your phone memory.
