I Need expert advice regarding users of MSI brand laptops

I need opinion sa mga MSI laptops in general because I'm planning to buy soon...

Overheat Issues?
Reliability / Durability?
Customer Service?
Preferred store to buy w/good price & warranty?
Upgradability?
Specific Series nga inyo ika suggest?

Here's the situation:

I had the specific model in mind already but since its new I cannot find any reviews, so I'll just take it from an expert istoryan's opinion & experience. I'm gonna use it for sketch-up, V-ray rendering, Photoshop, light gaming & portable but not too small. I never own one so I couldn't tell if it's too big or too small for me. My budget for this is around 40k max with a good balanced of Portability, Battery & Power. Share me with your experienced with this brand on your current and previews laptops. Any opinion would be appreciated & thanks a lot!

Overheat Issues? = > depends on the model that you want to buy, if its an MSI gaming series no need to worry for heat issues since it has a very reliable built in cooler, with a one button click only you can enhance the cooling to max..

Reliability / Durability? = MSI is known for being one of the best in the market, but then again it really depends on the user...

Customer Service? = I can't say anything about this yet, havent tried.. you can search forums for this.

Preferred store to buy w/good price & warranty? = all MSI re-sellers provides you 1 yr warranty, and the laptop is i guess 3-5yrs global warranty.

Upgradability? = you can easily request the spec to be upgraded depending on the availability, like upgrading RAM or proce but other specs are fixed..

Specific Series nga inyo ika suggest? => Gaming series of course.
