    I got too lazy to do stretchings yesterday before workouts and it gave me a very excruciating backpain Couldn't bend over, walk properly, etc

    bro, doing exercise or training regimens without proper stretching would really result in injuries and pain. stretching would warm-up or some sort of "waking" your muscles up

    ok na ko nagpa massage ko last friday and pahuway for one day then ok na back to workout
