Need advise: Budget CPU Cooler [sub 600php]

Good Day to All,

for the super budgeted ..., kita ko ani nga CPU Cooler.

as you can see from the screenshots below, its a 2x heatpipe but the pipes that touches the processor is 4! unlike other 2heatpipe configurations..., dayon ang other standard 4heatpipe configurations kay mahal2x sab.

is this good enough for the budgeted?

my main reason for looking for a sub 600php CPU Cooler kay dili ko ganahan sa typical design sa kasagaran 'stock' Cooler kay mu- desipitate ang entire heat sa mobo..., unlike these 'tower types' [sakto bako?] kay ang heat rises up then is thrown away out, leaving your CPU and Mobo less heat.

the other reason sab kay its a sort of a "Stock Cooler" Replacement (basta mas arang2x pa sa stock cooler ang performance)

na-a pabay la-in nga CPU Cooler nga inyo ika-recommend nga sub 600php range?, and please don't suggest kana like of gamma blade pro kay pareho ra ug 'stock' principles. [spreading the heat on the Mobo ]
