Wow! That's roughly 1080 calories per 1.5 hours of training/exercise.

Got this somewhere in the net (per 1 hour activity), for karate, judo, kick boxing and taekwondo normal training/exercise, a person weighing 130 lbs will burn about 590 calories, 155 lbs will burn 704, and a person weighing 190 lbs will burn 863.

Swimming normally burns about 800 to 900 calories per hour (normal swimming) but the range of calories burned depends kung unsa nga style. Butterfly stroke done in a rigorous manner burns the most calories while a simple threading done in a very moderate effort burns the least calories (about 300).

Biking is good too when it comes to calories burned. Gawas pa gyud ang singot.
