Anybuddy knows how to deal with windows vista ultimate?
i can't play DOTA, Need For Speed Carbon, NBA 2k7

There are lots of software that wouldn't work in Vista yet. You should have been aware of this before upgrading. You only have 2 options:
- Revert back to XP
- Wait for another version or service pack (if there will be one) of Vista.

I'm pretty sure you'd rather go for the first option.

Hehehe... Hmmmmm its really quite an option huh... But i gues i'll still stick to Vista... My concern really was the Photoshop thingy, but i gues, the newer version of it (PS CS3) is Vista compatible... Maybe i'll just buy a PS CS3 Installer... Hehehe

it seems to me that you are having some s/w incompatibility issues my friend.. XP apps of course doesnt run or work anymore w/ Vista.. its entirely an upgrade OS already...

bottom line I can suggest to you bro is you'll just have to wait for Adobe (maker of photoshop) to release a new s/w version of their applications (dreamweaver, photoshop and etc.) solely compatible for Win Vista...(Adobe 's CS3 creative suite maybe?)

try checking also adobe's website for the said applications and see if they can offer some s/w compatibility patch/es to work w/ your present setup..

try right cllicking on the exe file then there should be an option to switch the OS compatibility. XP.98,95,NT etch. this works on some apps. hell worth the try :mrgreen:

Im no vista expert but you can try this:

Right click on the setup file. Set compatibility to XP/SP2 (apply hehehe) then right click on setup icon. "Run as administrator"
