I would to invite all traceurs, parkour enthusiasts and everyone who wants to learn more about parkour too come and jam with us this coming saturday August 11 at abellana sports complex, 3 pm. It's a free jam! Will be hosted by Parkour Sugbo.

parkour is focus on efficiency of movements while freerunning emphasize on the aesthetics movements such flips...
