Requirements:

-Preferably a gaduate of any Engineering Course or Business Related Course with background in Property Development/Real Estate Management

-With at least 2 years of work experience related to Leasing, Tenant Relations or equivalent

-Knowledgeable in lease agreements, budgeting, analysis, and preparation of management reports

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to maintain professional client-tenant relationship
