Yes you can delete this if you want.. But I just want to help students who doesn't have money for their ECE projects. It am not recruiting anyone.. I am here to help.. I have money that I can donate to help students get their projects done. I am not advertising or selling any products here.. Sounds fishy? Sounds like helping people who doesnt have enought money to make projects for their school especially promising projects that could change our society. Godbless us for the betterment of the Filipino People!

you can't guarantee the validity of your claim, so that sounds fishy, and rules are rules. this is clearly recruitment, regardless of it's intentions.
