Planning to buy 2nd hand motorcycle - how to make sure it's not stolen

Mga boss sorry kayo ha gusto lang ko make sure ani. nag plan ako friend to buy a second hand motorcycle. It is a good price and gamay ra milage. Ang ako lang kahadlokan is basin stolen unya ang motorcycle. What docs do I need to get as proof that the seller really is the owner of the motorcycle? OR and CR? then ID sa seller - sakto na? then compare it with chasis and engine number?

Then kelangan nag deed of sale or something like that? How do we go about transfer of ownership? Any tip is highly appreciated. thanks a lot!

ipa record check sa PNP-TMG og sa LTO. sa PNP-TMG, kuhaan na og macro-etching certificate. e check og dili ba tampered imo engine/chassis number and then issue-han ka nila ana og clearance nga limpyo na ang record sa imo unit. sa LTO, usually mangayu na silag letter-request. to be sure, pangutana lang didto sa window sa registration unsay mga rekisito.

it's updated as well....trust me on that...because i searched for my 10-month old motoy ug sa akong aunt's 1-month-old registered pajero...
