Night shift ako duty, been working for 5 or 6 years on the graveyard shifts. Kapoy. Feeling nko, dili healthy. I think ming-deteriorate akong immune system.
So im asking for your suggestions for a healthy lifesytle, after shift mga 8am. Esp weekends where mo shift na sad akong body-clock kay mag-day-off na, so switch to local morning na sad.
Uban grabeh after shift basta sweldo tapok sa tonyos, inum jud pa-daot sa atay.
