Any Japanese here? Where to find them?

This is a project that need to be completed by my sister, which involves conducting interviews with Japanese households, studying Japanese cultures in foreign settings, and anything about the Japanese mindset.

I need to know if there are any Japanese communities here in Cebu, where to find them, and where do they hang out frequently aside from Japanese restaurants. We can't spend whole day in airports or piers waiting for any Japanese tourist to pass by, since it's hard differentiating them from Koreans.
