LTO 7
The Department of Trade and Industry Regional Office VII will anounce today July 29, 2012 that there will be no more payments or any fees to be collected for ICC validation and sticker markings on helmets for motorcycles. That is good news to all concerned.

aggreeeee but! wat if mo ingon sila wala nay sticker? useless japon ang free ky walay mahatag sooner or later mao man jud na ilang palusot pero kung katong nagbayad pa ug processing fee etc.. sos perting daghana sticker nila.. tan awn nato kung maka hatag bajud sila ug sticker na walay bayad

nagsched na ba ang DTI ani when sila pwede mg distribute ug sticker kay daku bya kau ug penalty ig Agosto x15 sa processing, toink.
