One evening, A boss told his guard to wake him up at 5am the next day for his 7am flight.
The following day, the boss woke up at 730am and realiazed he was left behind.
He then angrily went downstairs and called up the guard who was watching TV only to be shocked by what he had seen on the news.

The plane he was suppose to be on with, crashed and no one survived.

The guard told him "You are very lucky boss, I was going to wake you up but i dreamt last night that this would happen."

He then said "Thank you very much. If not for you, i could have died today... but You're Fired!"

Why did he fire the guard?

tumpak......pero wala man ghatag ang manual sa code of conduct sa company, kay d man ka mataktak diha-diha dayon kung mahibaw-an or masakpan ka natulog while on duty, naa man nay frequency of offense ug ang gravity sa offense. debatable pani siya nga answer, pero base sa kato gi pangutana ni mayor on the street sa buena mano balita, didto ko naka hibalo sa tubag, pero di lang jud convincing.

1.insubordination ug negligence of work - kay wala niya pukawa ang boss sa gi tugon nga oras
2.sleeping while on duty - kay ni ingon man xa nagdamgo siya last night kung unsay mahitabo. assuming nga ang guard night shift xa, kay nanugon man ang boss nga papukaw xa ug 530am nianang gbei
