guys, help me..what do u do if u bought a puppy and 3 days after bringing the puppy home, namatay ang puppy? is the seller or breeder liable to give me a full refund for the puppy or not? pls help me. m so confused.

for me try to talk sa breeder at tell him/her na namatay ang puppy...if the puppy has complete vaccine and health certificate from vet...di na liable ang breeder...kasi nabili mo nah cya... but still the breeder must be aware of it...para naman certified healthy ang mga dogs nya...kasi kawawa ang mga buyers...

first shot was only primodod-parvo then ang 2nd shot was given the day na girelease ang pup to me..d vet said na gahepa daw ang pup kay nagyellow. we brought him to the vet man the day after nakuha kay galuya naman sugod and then 2 days after, namatay ang pup. kinsa liable? i told naman the breeder but gidugay2x man ko refund sometimes d moreply kay "wa daw load." sayang kay reputable breeder bya unta and we became frens na unta

reputable breeders give a guarantee with the pup, cause they are proud of their" product so to say. and depends on what disease it was your vet can more or less say when the pup had it. i.e incubation period an if its a disease with an incubation period that was before you purchased the pup it means that it was sick when you bought it and should have a full refund.

for sure the breeder know that the puppy was sick and still released it. in this case he/she has the obligation to refund .
if it is true that the puppy had hepa , hindi agad ito lalabas bigla and it will run weeks until the system become weak and thats the time
na magluya sogod.then later on big chance madido gyud.
