Avida Land boosts its expansion in Cebu with its second residential condominium - Avida Towers Riala. Avida Land, the affordable brand of property giant Ayala Land, Inc. (ALI), enters a new phase in its continuing expansion in Cebu as it launches this project:
Avida Towers Riala will boast of five towers, compared to its predecessor's two. The shift to a bigger residential community is due to the increasing demand for condominium properties in an area with a rapidly growing outsourcing sector. The first tower of Avida Towers Riala has a total of 621 residential units, with 27 residential floors; it is now offering units to would-be residents, as well as investors. Three types of units are available in Tower 1: Studio units at 23 sq.m.; 1-Bedroom inits at 41 sq. m. and 2-Bedroom units at approximately 56.6 sq.m., with price ranging from P1.8M-P5.5M.
Avida Towers Riala maximizes the mixed-use of the 21,246 sq.m. property, with additional shopping and dining outlets built into the property to provide convenient access to basic necessities. The lower ground floor is comprised of exclusive residential parking slots and residential lobbies for Towers 1 and 2. The upper ground floor includes the retail area and retail parking slots.
