    Default Newbie teens workout...


    hello istorians!

    I'm 16, 5'5 ang height, nya 40 lbs and weight..super thin! daot jud keu ko!hehehe nya interesado kaayo ko mag gym!to look good!lol.. pwede na ba ko sa akong condition?...kay kung pwede plan ta nako mu kuha ug Personal Training Program para makahibaw jud ko unsay mga buhaton... tambag naman jan mga bros!

    Exercise regularly is very good for health. Kon padako sa lawas imo gusto yaw nalang, mag-unsa manang dakog lawas way suwod ang ulo. peace brader.

    40lbs gyd bro or 40kilos??either way daot gyd diay kayo ka bro..sa imo young age bro i suggest nga ayw sa pg alsa og heavy ky the epiphyseal plates sa imo bones is still growing and lifting heavy weights will probably stop this ergo mo hunong ang imong growth spurt, unless if contented naka sa imo height then ok ra mg heavy lifting ka to gain muscle mass but until then pg body weight exercise lng bro push ups and pull ups bro every morning then bsag mg edad nka og mga 18-19 yrs old pde naka ana mg weights gyd and proper nutrition to aid you in your goal nga mgka lean muscles (tho kita mga boys mo stop atong growth at around 21 yrs old) just my 2 cents bro hope this helps..     Akoa ra pod ning opinion ha... bata paman ka. Pag exercise langsa ug cardio, pasingot, etc... Kay basin motubo paka until 18 or 21 years old.

    I suggest unya nalang pag PRT igka above 18 nimo (ako 21 naman ko first nag gym gani), kay basin 5'5 raka kutob. Sa imong concern nga niwang/thin, not to worry. Makapa dako jud na ang PRT, labi na if dugay2x ka unya imong ma undangan, mo tambok ka.

    Para sa mga niwang unya first timer mag work out, ayaw ka uwaw. Normal ra jud na nga ing ana ang lawas sa mga bag-o pa. Actually uban mga macho2x ug body builder, nag sugod pod ug ing ana nga lawas.
