This is one of what the mayor of Moalboal cited in a news headlines of CDN Cebu Friday 13 July issue as continued to page 39, with regard to his move to include whaleshark feeding along with its already booming scuba diving tourism industry.

Obviously kabalo siya nga sayop but instead unta as a community or town leader to set an example knowing what's wrong or right and do something to correct it, siya mismo iya na hinuon sundon para lang maka kwarta.

A classic case, esp. nato mga Pinoy (no offense) nga ang sayop ug sakto adto basihan sa gibuhat sa uban who got away with it rather than educating ourselves or just searching deep within our conscience to determine unsay sakto or sayop.
What's worse is this coming from a public official and not a common citizen pa gyud!

naa man diay daghan nadato sa illegal nga negosyo diay noh nga wala dakpa?
mag illegal nalang pud tah tanan!
