1978 Corona Macho (rt114). Restoration Project. Need Help. :D

Story:

My Wife's parents just gave us an old 78' (I could be wrong about the year) Corona Macho, RT114, I want to restore it from this:







sorry I couldn't get better pics, just found these old ones from about a year ago.)

Wooh, I was finally able to get the car down from pit-os. All the way from the mountains, through rough roads and rainy weather in the middle of the night. I brought a mechanic friend with a VW Beetle, He took a look at the car and figured that the wiring needs replacing and also the alternator seems to be broken, since it wasn't charging the battery.



We couldn't get the car started so we had to have to tow the car... with a VW Beetle.. XD



It was an epic sight to have a corona be towed by a VW Beetle.



Here's some pictures of the current inside of the car that has the rust holes.

Now, the car is currently parked in a friend's garage just coz we needed a parking space until we find an actual shop to have everything fixed.



This was all done last night July 14, 2012.
