I saw it today and it's good place/location. Looking forward to meeting you tomorrow morning. Hopefully we can get a contract setup this week and payment. Move in arrangements, provisions, maintenance and date for occupancy. I have my own stuff to move in.
Got stable income and I'm a foreign student in Cebu long term. For now just myself occupying
