The most prevalent the signs of ADD / ADHD are poor attention and distractibility and/or hyper and energetic behaviors. Difficulty with concentration, mental focus, and self-consciousness of urges and behaviors are chronic and pervasive and hinder an individual’s daily working across various settings -- home, school or work, in interactions, etc.
