Strictly for girls. Good for two only. kanang but-an.hehe naa mi mga gamit sa apt so mas better if minimal lang ang gamit ninyo. hehe

Rental : 3,000. 1 mos advance 1 mos deposit inclusiv of light and water. if ul bring appliance we will charge addtl 200 per item. naa na closet and double deck ang room but ul be d one to provide d matres.
