my available documents are:

NBI CLEARANCE

Sa akong nahibaw an wala na Slots ang Agency nabilin for the year 2012 but i am not really sure of it. I suggest, linya nlng maximum of 8 hours agwanta but its worth it. Its Cheap and its fast! Pasensya ra gyd ang kinanglan kay miski agency ka dugai gihapon ka ma schedule nila kay daghan na nka reserve sa slot miski rush pa.

Anyway, naa thread existing sa Passport. Daghan inputs that may help you.

TS, agency or not, maglinya gihapon ka sa DFA for your passport application since personal appearance is required.

I suggest you just apply for one by yourself. Same hasul ra and maka-save pa ka. Agencies charge around 1.8k to 2.4k for the service.

Line up to get your priority number in the morning. You will be informed by the DFA representative and guard what time you can come back for your passport application. Sa ako kay gibalik ko afternoon na, so I had enough time to photocopy my IDs ra pod.

The application process/renewal procedure itself takes only 2 to 3 hours (tops), and you're given the option to have your passport sent to your home address (via LBC for an additional fee of P120).

Express: 1200

Not that bad ang application and renewal process. Mahuman ra ka in one day. Just remember lang na up to 500 people applicants a day ra ilang ma-accommodate normally.

I forgot the requirements for new passport applications but based on the following link from the DFA, you're good na with your NSO birth certificate, 1 valid ID, plus photo copy of these documents.
