Guys Help! Mobile HDD cannot be detected by laptop

Guys tabang beh.

How can I troubleshoot my mobile HDD.... dili na man gud mu-detect akong laptop niya.

Tas sa uban laptop kay ang error "Device not working properly".

Guba na jud kaha ni? Or enclosure lang?

Help! Help!

i think hard disc na bro...naa man kaha power ang enclosure kung i connect nimo sa usb?
kung naa..naa jud chance nga guba imong hard disc.....

try to buy nalng ng enclosure ..mas cheaper man na sya contra sa hdd.

yup. naa power. also tried to connect it with a different cable, mao ra japon. hangtud ra power. no detection.

hay kapait if guba na. my important file are there man gud and i want to recover those. huhuhu

also, am a sis, not a bro...

naa jud uban dili moconnect naa sad modetect. try another PC daw, bisan dili laptop. If wala jud, guba na hdd.

ok. i will try that. but so far, have tried with 3 laptops including my own.

2 laptops wont detect, but the 3rd laptop detects it but with error "device not working properly".

di na jud ma-recover ang files ani if guba na?

We have a somewhat similar case, di mu detect ako mobile hdd sa other computers pero sa ako old computer mu detect cya. WHat I found out kay mu andar ra diay cya if i-plug ug usb 1.1 or 1.0 and not the usb 2.0 version. Paki try lang.... :mrgreen:

dba ang USB 2.0 is at the same time USB 1.1 compliant sad..

eh? murag lisod ipangita og usb 1.1 or 1.0...

@junmar4 ... kinsa man na si ruelnov?
