MS Flight Simulator + Add-ons will be good (in fact you can get Philippine airports and sceneries). Also, the X-Planes. Speaking of military flight simulation, so far, it's IL2, Falcon 4, and Pacific Fighters.

MS Flight Simulator X is the best candidate. If you're looking for fighter planes.. you're looking for a flight game which sacrifices realism over gameplay.
