MALLS IN BANILAD AREA

for those people frequently going to banilad, talamban and northwards..

what can you say about this malls starting to pop up in the banilad area??

traffic is starting to get so congested, especially early morning and late afternoon.

schools are already transferring here, pati malls.. i think road widening first..

what can you say??

well, this is not new... in our country its this kind of development done buy businessmen that makes our government think of road widening and stuffs like that... in other countries they make wide roads to nowhere for businessmen to develop that nowhere into something ... we are more reactive than pro-active... in a couple of years you'll see diggings again in that area we'll just wait and for the meantime suffer the traffic everyday, wala raba gyuy alternative route ... i actually believe that we have great planners but we just dont implement what we plan... why? wala daw budget

Last time I was there in December 2004 nasaag ko uy, wala na ko kahibawo sa dalan. Lingaw sab baya masaag, hehe. Pero grabe ka busy ug trapik ang Banilad ug Lahug. Sa una between 1998 to 1993 pwerteng hawana diha sa Banilad padulong sa USC-TC. Paspas ra kaayo kay walay trapik. Karon ambot na lang.

Mao man gyud ni problema sa Pilipino planning... walay planning!

y not exploring other potential places knowing that banilad and other areas northwards are already congested?
Like places down south...

You will not just make Convenience accessible to people in the south.
You are also attracting people to go try explore the idea of settling down south.
This way we are not adding to the congestion problem in cebu city, banilad or d like.
