And para sa mga naa nay experience, pila pud?

i think naa sa mga 10-13k average starting salary for most call centers here in cebu afaik. big/well known companies give out a higher starting salary compared to the others. thats just basic pay by the way. naa pa nay allowances, bonuses, incentives. and if naay sales imung account, you can earn more through commission. if you have a call center experience already, some companies give out a premium basic pay depending on your tenure.

2006 @ peoplesupport (sales/technical account)= 10,000 + 1,100 rice allowance + night differential
inig ka regular ko nahimo na 12,500 + 1,100 rice allowance + night differential

2007 @ etelecare (technical account) = 13,500 + 3,000 non taxable allowance + night diff
inig ka regular TSR1 15,000 + 3,000 non taxable allowance + night diff
sa una before nahimo stream ang etel naa mana promotion every quarter
TSR1 = 15,000 + 3,000 non taxable allowance + night diff
TSR2 = 19,440 + 3,000 non taxable allowance + night diff
TSR3 = 23,000 + 3,000 non taxable allowance + night diff
TSR4 = 27,000 + 3,000 non taxable allowance + night diff
TSR5 = 30,000 + 3,000 non taxable allowance + night diff

basta i was lucky enough to be promoted until tsr4 sa una

pero mao ra dyapon kuhaan tax, sss, philhealth og pagibig. imo bi-weekly payout anah diha ra sa 14.5-15k
