    You can flash the official ICS ROM for Galaxy Note(International). If you know what you're doing, dili na ma brick imo phone.

    Have you tried this

    Because as far as I know, flashing n7000 roms on i717 notes will result to a brick. Jtag ra makaluwas. Same goes to SGS2 roms, like i9100 roms to i727/r and vice versa. It will result to a brick.

    @kap_10, better read this,
    ***warning*** do not flash any rom made for n7000 on i717 note it will brick it!!! - xda-developers

    You should take note that n7000 (international GN) and i717 (ATT) have different chipset and CPU. Also, if you have a Note thas is Korean version, you should have SHV-E160K, SHV-E160L, SHV-E160S and not I717 which AT&T version.

    On Topic:
    ang pag-upgrade sa android phone roms kay dependent na sa availability sa roms. Bisan pa ug unsa ka capable ang imong phone to ICS or JB roms nya walay available ana, there is no way to do it. Example? Take the Tegra2 Harmony devices, lisud ang pag build ug roms kay walay support. Not from chipset makers nor from some manufacturers. Ang ending, mostly, if not tanan, reversed engineered and libs ug drivers.

    @TS, try to do some reading. Just a reminder, once you try it, naay possibility na ma addict ka sa updating (flashaholic). hehehehehe. Sa akoa lang, I do at least 5 on least used devices and at least 10 flashes for my commonly used devices. ::because, soup up my own roms::

    just my 2 cents.
