    im a homer sayson fan too.. he's got good insights and he makes predicitions (which sometimes ends up the other way around..). lately, i never had any newspaper so i wasnt able to read some of his articles..

    the thing i hate about him before was his bias to the los angeles lakers..

    I don't know him personally, but I've heard both positive and negative things about him (the person) from the people in his Cebu neighborhood where he grew up (Forest Hills, Guadalupe). I'll just leave it at that.

    Now as far as him as a sports columnist/analyst goes, he's very knowledgeable about the NBA and boxing.... BUT sometimes his comments and/or articles are filled with braggart details that have nothing to do with the sport or the event he is covering.

    That makes it more interesting because he usually swerves from the typical sports column and treats the readers with unrivaled remarks and analysis.

    nahan kaayo ko sa iyang column! i either buy sunstar or view it over the net...
    he even mentioned me once in his column when i emailed him!
    hambugero bitaw cya ug style, pero he knows what he is talking about...
    and naa raman pud sa tawo kung mo basa sa iyang column or dili.
    basta ako, mobasa jud ko!
