Default Working In A Call Center Is NOT A JOB

It saddens me to know that there are people who thinks that call center work is not a job for them.

If it is not a job then what is it?

I do believe that it provides the very same needs and answers that other jobs are doing to each of our families and our community.

They said it doesn't have future....
They said it has no professional growth....
They said it will make your brain stagnate...

    What do you think

don't mind them, they were just jealous... I am not a CA but I know call center jobs are jobs that we can somehow boast off even outside the country.

we cannot really blame the people for misjudging the guys in the call center industry... they have seen the lifestyle of most of the agents gud... and it's kinda not the normal kind for most working people.. but soon, all these misjudgment will be changed kay call center jobs are taken to the next level. they'll not be handling calls, but do knowledge-based processes na...

dont mind them, the next thing you'll know, they are already working in a call center company. hahahahahaha

in terms of career growth, there might be some truth sa iya statement. sayop lang guro pagkasulti. gamay lang imong oppurtunity or chance to make it to top management sa call center, kay kung makabantay ka, ginatos ang agents but it becomes leaner pag taas na nga position. atleast 30 agents then isa lang ka supervisor. so 1 of 30 lang ang naay chance masupervisor, then team lead then floor manager na guro dayon.

pero to say na it is not a job, ibog ra na. wa guro kapasar na sa interview. hahahahaha

I am working in a call center although I am not an agent. I can really say that call centers have helped millions of people survive. Let us be honest, a lot of people has really been making call centers their only way to finance their needs and to survive.

Let's be open minded and let's respect that being a CA is a decent job, it maybe not that good for some but it is a job that many have sought.
