I'm a savvysherpa employee and as i was scanning through the site i saw inquiries about the company and i'd like to answer some questions.
Application process: exam, initial interview, final exam, OM interview, phone doctor interview and lastly panel interview- [SIZE=2]total of 10 clients interviewed me including the client on the phone from US -

"if you think magclose ni nga company? think twice coz mas magclose pa ang mga telecommunications nga account kaysa sa account sa Savvy kay ang ilang account is primary and basic need sa mga americans." <---- magclose man gani ang banko, naclose man gani ang big accounts sa US nya inyo walay chance na mabankrupt? haha we all know daghan factors ngano magclose ang accounts so walay assurance na dili magclose inyong company.

"they always listen coz they are mormons" <-- LOL if they always listen do they also always act? Bai, it's business. business will not be effective if molisten ka pirmi and magpadala sa employees. there should be control and MANAGEMENT.

You've been to companies before? how long ka diha sa savvy? before you say professional, not corrupt etc dpat years ka nagwork.kay tendency ana speculation and assumption ra imong observation sa company.

Lastly, advise lang, dont compare companies, dont say negative things about your previous company coz with the companies you've enumerated, it shows negative image about yourself. your credibility is so low that i cant trust you with the positive things about savvy you mentioned above.

i am just saying that i have been to many call centers before and so far this one is what i think i really wanted to stay with. ive been with the company for more than a year now. i don't know why you have to be so cynical about this but i am just posting what i know about the company. i believe i have the right to do that. u think so?

we have different viewpoints and i respect yours, i don't intend to engage in any argument with you because in the first place i'm posting this for a good reason. now if i hurt your feelings cos you are part of the above-mentioned companies. i am sorry or .. shall i say i felt sorry ..

aw sorry. yup mag close ang banko sa US and Big companies but not ang ilang health insurance. mawala na tanan sa ilaha dili lang ilang coverage. FYI lang bro basin dili ka updated sa current events .. Naay new health care reform bill karon sa US na by 2014 covered na tanan US citizens og health insurance regardless sa status nila or even if naa silay pre existing condition. now do you think mag close pa ang company if it caters 100% of the american citizens?

by the way -> sa imong advise? thank you, but i believe logically the reason why i left those companies because i dont like them. now it is important that you do a compare and contrast type of research method to get the results.. that's what i am trying to do here. now if lahi imong pagsabot, it's your prerogative bro.
